Xuzhou Jingda Axle Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, located in the main construction machinery production base in China: China Xuzhou. Registered capital is 28 million Yuan, covering 4.5 million square meters, with more than 350 employees, including more than 50 engineering and technical personnel. The sales income in 2013 is 300 million Yuan. We have invested 460 million Yuan for the continuous box-type heat treatment production line, parts of assembly line, axle assembly automation machinery hand welding line, the drive axle assembly coating line, drive axle condition simulation test bench, logistics center, plant and office building, corporate science and technology building, training centers and other facilities. We have 300 sets of production equipment, including 22 sets of spiral bevel gear production equipment like German bevel gear double gear milling machine, American gleason milling tooth machine, NC universal spiral bevel gear tooth machine, etc., SPC multi-purpose box type heat treatment production line, L5140B vertical broaching machine specializing in the production of internal gears, GCLS-0805DY super audio NC quenching machine tools, etc. Meanwhile, we also own strong quality control. XTG-04 large metallurgical microscope, XJP-100 metallurgical microscope, HVS-1000A digital microscope hardness tester, SIGMA7106C three-dimensional tester, 3204B gear tester, 3803H horizontal hob tester, WES-600D tensile testing machine, HR-150A rockwell hardness tester, HLN200 portable hardness tester on the Richter scale, TT220 digital coating thickness gauge, AR814 digital display program noise meter, TM-902C thermometer, etc. We serve all areas of construction machinery, such as loaders, road rollers, motor graders, stabilized soil mixing machines, tractors, forklifts and series drive axles for special vehicles, steering axles and tandem axles for truck cranes, etc. Currently, the capacity of our company is 40 thousand axles every year. Three times saying annual output of 100,000 axles would be reached when the new factory is completed.
